Traffic court is held on the first Tuesday of the month at 6pm.
If your citation payment has been received by the court clerk before your court date, you do not have to appear in court. Please ensure you send a copy of your driver safety school certificate (if taken online) with your payment to get credit for it. Checks or money orders can be made out to the Town of Burns and mailed to Town of Burns P.O. Box 36, Burns, TN 37029. We also accept electronic payments.
